Alerts

On the home screen, the system displays Alerts on the right hand side. When managers post any new items on the billboard, the employees get a message in the Alerts section that the "billboard has changed", and thus knows that he/she has to check the billboard. If no new postings are present on the billboard, the Alert section displays "You have no alerts".
