Clocking in and out

When clocked in, the system knows that the employee is currently working. So when the employee clocks in, the system logs in the start time and when the employee clocks out, the system creates a time block and adds it to the attendance screen, with start time= clock in time and end time=clock out time.

 

CLOCKING IN

 

To clock in, employees should:

 

1. Click on My Attendance on the left menu

2. Click on Clock in

CLOCKING OUT

 

To clock out, employees should:

 

1. Click on My Attendance on the left menu

2. Click on Clock out
