Factor of Importance |
Top Previous Next |
For all your preference rules, you are required to enter at least one parameter value called the factor of importance. Simply put, the factor of importance defines how important this particular rule is compared to all other preference rules that you are setting. The number is multiplied by the grade (between 0 and 100%) to get a subtotal for the employee / rule being graded. The higher the factor, the more importance WSDN gives to the rule.
See Grades for a full explanation of how the factor of importance is used in the calculation of grades for preference rules. |
