MY AVAILABILITY

 

Employees use this screen to declare their availability and preferences. The links and options in My Availability screen depend on the availability and preference options and rules configured by the administrator in the General Options.

 

The following is a general description of the screens under My Availability:

 

1.My Typical Week: This page shows availability time blocks in any given week, and gives an option of adding new time blocks.

 

2.Override Specific Week: This page allows employees to override a specific week, and add time blocks that are specific to the week chosen.
