Opening My Schedule

 

On the home page, employees click My Schedule, then click on Just My Schedule, or Everyone's Schedule. The administrator can choose not to show the employees their colleagues schedule in the General Options page.

Just My Schedule

 

There are to modes your employees can view their schedule: Weekly View and Monthly View:

 

Employees click on Weekly View link under Just My Schedule

Everyone's Schedule
