OPENING REQUEST TIME OFF (BASIC)

 

In the Basic Time Off form, employees can specify what type of time off they are requesting, and the start and end date. For more specific options, the Administrator should allow employees to request time off using the Advanced form.

 

To open the Basic form, employees should do the following:

CHOOSING DATES FOR TIME OFF

 

1. Choose type, start date, and end date.

When click on the calendar button to choose start/end date, this popup window will appear.

Select Month and Year. Then click on the desired day.

2. When done click continue

 

 

3. Review times off you are about to request. You can go back and edit your request. If everything is correct click submit.

4. Confirmation message will appear.
