REQUEST TIME OFF (ADVANCED)

 

In the Advanced Time Off form, employees can specify, in addition to the basic options, the exact start and end time of their time off request, allowing them to request partial days off. Also, employees can specify which time off account they are requesting time off from.

 

To open the Advanced form, employees should do the following:

CHOOSING DATES FOR TIME OFF

 

1. Choose type, start date and time, and end date and time, and choose the time off account that you're requesting time off from. You can also add notes to your manager about your request.

When you click on the calendar button to choose start/end date, this popup window will appear.

 

Select Month and Year. Then click on the desired day.

2. When done click continue.

 

3. Review times off you are about to request. You can go back and edit your request. If everything is correct click submit.

 

4. Confirmation message will appear.
