OPENING TIME OFF

 

If the administrator allowed employees to be able to request time off in the General Options, employees can do that by opening the Time Off screen under the Standard Menu:

Administrators can choose to allow employees to request time off using only the basic request form, or only the advanced request form, or allow employees to choose from any of the two forms. For more information on how to control Time Off options for your employees, click here.

 

TIME OFF SCREEN

 

On the time off screen, employees see all time off statistics related to their accounts.

In the box with the red colored header, pending time off requests are listed. These are the requests that have not been checked by the manager for approval.
The boxes with the blue colored headers are repeated for every time off account created by the manager. These boxes contain a list of time off transactions, just like a regular bank account statement.The most recent transaction shows on the top  of the list:

       - Days that are credited by the manager, or are transferred from one time off account to another have a +ve value.

           - Days that you have taken off by employees in the past or have been approved as time off days in the future have a -ve value.
