Yes we provide free support 7 days a week. You can use our Support Center to create a support ticket, call us toll free at 866-846-3123, email support@workschedule.net, or live chat with us.  During business hours a support representative will respond to your issue within a maximum of 4 hours (usually much sooner).  On weekends and holidays someone will respond to you within 24 hours.
