Printing the weekly schedule
The preferred way to print out the weekly schedule is to export it to Excel. Excel handles page breaks much better
then Internet Explorer, and allows for the headings to be repeated on each page.
To do this, first go to the Current Schedule, and then to the week you want to print. Then choose File | Export to Excel from
the top menu. If you have a recent version of Excel installed on your computer, you should see the Excel file come up immediately. From there you can
print it, save it, and you can even modify it first.
Printing the monthly schedule
The monthly calendar does not export into Excel. However, it can print from Internet Explorer quite nicely in most cases.
To print the calendar month of your schedule, first go to the Current Schedule, and then choose View | Monthly view from the top menu. Choose the month you want to
print using the arrows. Then choose File | Print from the top menu.
Note of caution
Keep in mind that one of the many benefits of using Work Schedule Dot Net is that any changes that occur are
in real time. Once you print out the schedule, that print out can quickly become an outdated version of the schedule.
The call is yours, but we suggest that you print out the schedule only for backup in case you lose internet connectivity, as opposed to posting it.
