| Removing time blocks |  |

Applies to current and recurring schedule, current and recurring availability, and time sheet.
Removing time blocks is a two step process.
STEP ONE: Select the time blocks you want to remove.
To select time blocks, place a check mark in the box next to the word "Select" in each time block you want to select.

Then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of page.
When the page refreshes, you will see that the time blocks you just selected now have a dark blue / purple background color. This means that they are selected.

STEP TWO: Indicate that you want to remove the time blocks you just selected by clicking on Edit | Remove | Selected Time Blocks. Or you can click the icon 
When you do this you will be prompted with a precautionary warning message, to make sure you indeed want to remove these time blocks.

Click "Yes, Remove" to remove the selected time blocks, or click "Cancel" to leave the time blocks alone.
