Welcome back to Tip Tuesday! This week we will be talking about the tips and tricks to pay your bill and update your credit card. Keep in mind, these actions can only be performed by the administrators of an account. On the menu on the left side of your screen, you just need to select “Billing”. This will bring you to our billing page. There are 4 tabs on this page: “Pay Bill”, “View Invoices”, “Update Credit Card”, and “Billing Contact”. The first tab will allow you to pay any balance you have or any part of your balance. This is also where you set your account to auto pay.
On the next tab, you can view any transactions that you have made. With this tab you can verify that your payment went through and verify that it was the correct amount.
On the next tab you can re-enter a credit card. This tab will only ask for the information that is on your card and your billing address.
Lastly, the billing contact will only contain your billing email address, your first name, and your last name.
With all of these tools it makes paying your bill and updating your information easier than ever before!
