Tip Tuesday – Calendar Integration

Welcome back to Tip Tuesday! This week we will be talking about the tips and tricks to integrating your WorkSchedule.Net schedule to your mobile device’s calendar. This is very easy to do and allows you to access your schedule directly on your personal calendar! First you will need to sign in to the employee side of your account. Once you sign in, on the main screen, you should see a link just like the one shown below:

Upon clicking this link, a pop-up will appear with a URL inside. You will need to use this address to access your calendar from other applications. You can copy and paste this into any calendar product that supports the iCal format. From here you will just add a new calendar to your device and paste this link where it is required for your specific product.

You will now be able to get each week’s schedule in your personal device automatically once it is posted! That’s all for this week’s Tip Tuesday post!
