For your convenience, we have
provided an easy way to calculate your subscription price based on the term and
the number of employees. Choose the term and enter the # of employees
below and then click submit.
The price depends on two
factors: the maximum number of employees, and the length of the subscription you want to
purchase.
Maximum Number of Employees
When you purchase, you will decide how many employees you want to schedule using
Work Schedule DOT NET at one time. Then you will set a limit which will be your
maximum number of employees, and you will be billed according to that number.
You will be able to schedule up to that number of employees. You are
allowed to replace lost employees with new employees
without adding to your maximum number of employees.
Subscription Terms
When you purchase a subscription for the service, you can choose to go month by month, or to save
your company even more money, you can purchase a half year or full year
subscription. The price varies with the maximum number of employees you will be
scheduling, and the length of the subscription as follows:

Long Distance Reimbursement for optional Schedule HOTLINE usage ONLY
If you choose to allow your
employees to access their schedules with our toll free automated number (optional), we incur long distance charges which we must recover. The cost is
only 8¢ per minute, and the average schedule request takes under one minute.
To avoid this charge, you may either leave the feature off or you may opt to use
our direct line which incurs the long distance charge to the caller.

online, or send a check in US funds to P.O.
Box 941096, Maitland, FL 32794-1096. Subscriptions must be paid in full up
front to receive service.
