We offer free email support. We respond to all emails within two business days, although usually you will receive a response on the same business day.  When emailing a question, please include your full name, your company name and company ID, the phone number you can be reached at, and a detailed description of your problem.

No-nonsense telephone support -- Toll Free 866-846-3123

We offer limited telephone support. In general, if you have a brief question or problem, we are available during our business hours to help you by phone at no charge. If the support time becomes excessive, we may need to charge for extra support, but we will inform you before support becomes billable.

For new clients, we give a free 20 minute phone consultation if requested. Support and training are available on an hourly basis at $85 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
