Welcome back to Tip Tuesday! This week we will be talking about what to do if you forget your password, username, or even your company ID. First of all, it is important that you have an email set in your account under your user record. Therefore, if you are an administrator or manager try to include the employee’s email when adding a new user. Otherwise, employee’s can set up their own email under their account info on the employee home page.
As long as this is set up correctly, you can easily retrieve a lost password for any account. Whether you are an admin, manager, or employee, you can retrieve your password by following these steps. Go to the login page like you normally would to sign in, but this time click on the “Lost your Password” link at the bottom.
An alternative route is by simply clicking on this link: Forgot Login to directly take you to the forgot login page. Either way, both methods will bring you to the following page:
At this page all you have to do is type in your email address associated with your WorkSchedule.Net account and click ‘Submit’. This will send a link to your email with all of the login credentials you need to sign into any account that is associated with that email.
That’s all for this week’s Tip Tuesday post! Check back next week for more tips and tricks for using WorkSchedule.Net!
